Moreno e Marina Spangaro were both born and raised in Trieste, Italy. Trieste, famous for its gelato and coffee, is a beautiful town sandwiched between the sea and mountains, where the passion for life and tradition is the way of life itself.
After 20 years in the restaurant business, 2 years of culinary school and 20 months of hard training with a great gelato master, we decided to share our wonderful gelato with you.
